gb praveen is a software professional, practitioner and coach with 20+yrs experience in enterprises & SMEs, 10+ yrs in Agile product delivery and 3+ years in lean scaled agile transformations including cloud native devops adoption. Praveen is a continuous learner, achiever and practitioner(clap) – a SAFe Program Consultant(2020), PGP in cloud/ devops computing(2019), certified scrum master(2012), PGDB(fin) from University of Wales(2013), BE(comp. science-1999). On the weekends, he trains on various SAFe roles and in his free time, he joins the OLSH choir at Harlur church and enjoys reading on financial planning.
The true value gb brings to the table is his experience encompassing an end to end SDLC spectrum – he has worked as a dev, test, arch, devops, integrations, technical project/ program management, product delivery, consultant/ coach and leadership. He keeps himself abreast with modern tech trends. And with his experience in coaching, quantitative/ qualitative management, metrics driven decisions, CI/ CD and automations he can add value to your personal or business transformations. He is proficient in requirements engineering, agile estimating & planning, cross-org facilitation, grooming & brainstorming. He is skilled in training, global stakeholder management, change, conflict & expectation management.
Praveen has worked in various technical and management roles at MetricStream, clap collaboration, Bluecoat(now Symantec), S7 Software, Oracle and Bristol in India, US, UK and Canada. He has delivered on schedule & quality to Microsoft, Oracle, Intel, USAA & various other organizations achieving customer delight and repeat business. He banks on applying systems thinking and lean scaled agile practices to program/ portfolio, map value streams, identify rinse-repeat practices and automate them to reduce transaction costs to maximize value flow with visibility cadence/ synchronization consistently.
Vinod Narayanswamy
Vinod is a software professional, practitioner, and a coach with 10+yrs experience in enterprises & SMEs. He did his MCA from MIT, Manipal in 2011.
Vinod is a Scrum@Scale Trainer, SAFe Program Consultant(2021), and Agile Coach. He is currently working for Arcadis as Technical Discipline Leader.
Vinod has worked in various roles at Euclid Innovations, StateStreet Group, Synechron, and Fidelity Investments.
A Tribute to Rajesh Sanu ( 1976 - 2022 )
It’s been a week, and this shocker is yet to sink in. We are all still in disbelief & grief. Most associated with clap collaboration, knew Rajesh. It is with greatest sadness that we inform you of the passing away of Rajesh Sanu – Partner & Director at clap collaboration on Wed, 28th Sept 2022 off cardiac arrest at Sirsi, North canara, Karnataka. Rajesh S. has been an vibrant & irreplaceable clapper since its inception on 2019 and will be dearly missed. The founders have been associated with Rajesh for over 30+ years and its a bond that can never be broken wherever he is. Rajesh was an ambassador of brotherhood, friendship and empathy. Rajesh always displayed trust, humility, continuous learning, collaboration & servant leadership – core values at clap. We could always rely on Rajesh since he was persistent and cared for success of the team & others, he only did the right things, even if sometimes being on the losing side. He also had encouraging, appreciative and positive words for others. And brought out the best from everyone he worked with. Eventhough we still wish Rajesh is with us, we pray for his soul and we firmly believe, he is spreading peace, love & brotherhood whereever he has been chosen. We can only think God has called back a good samaritan in his arms to spread his messages. We’re in touch with his family, friends and stand with them in their grief. Please feel free to reach his brothers Hareeshkumar Sanu(+91 99807 99551) & Sachin Sanu for condolences and care. Rajesh, we will be indebted to your services, brotherhood & bond – brother. Your wealth of knowledge, skills, advise, research & analytics will be missed and the memories will remain with us forever.
