clap collaboration have a Cancellation & Refund Policy with respect to all courses and events listed on the Website as per the following conditions:
All event ticket sales are final.
Event tickets are transferable to a future date, or to another qualified person. However, if the event ticket is transferred more than once, an additional charge of 20% of the purchase price per request will be incurred.
You are free to change your batch at any point of time before the commencement of the workshop, at no extra charge.
If for any reason you are unable to continue or complete the workshop, we would be happy to accommodate you in a different batch of the same course, at no additional cost.
Cancellations or rescheduling by clap collaboration
Clap collaboration reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time, including but not limited to, insufficient registrations, trainer unavailability, or if the trainer could not attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
Clap collaboration is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class.
You will not be charged for the training and will be offered full credit to a future workshop or full refund as per your preference.

You agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If at any time you disagree with this Cancellation & Refund Policy, or any part of it, your sole remedy is to cease use of all clap collaboration services immediately. However, any transactions occurring prior to the date of such termination shall be governed and controlled in full by the terms of this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
